Picture 7: The red thing is the dolly on the double set of railroad tracks, used to move the 236 ton antennas. It can move them about 3 mph, and can jack itself up enough to rotate its wheel assemblies 90 degrees to change course at a crossing of the rails.




















Picture 8: This is the new chiller for the receivers, the gray thing in the center. This kind is small enough these days that there is one for each receiver, and it takes the temperature down to 18 degrees Kelvin and holds it there.
